At Light of Grace Candle Co., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us. We will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. so we can resolve the issue.
